To process your order, we require a residential or business address within the United States for delivery. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

DELIVERY AND PRICES
To provide excellent service to our international customers, we cover all duties and taxes based on country-specific import laws. For products shipped within the United States, no additional taxes or customs duties are charged.
We offer delivery within the United States, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days and 7-10 business days internationally.
If you order multiple items and some are out of stock, we will ship the available products and inform you via email about the delivery timeframe for the remaining items.
Our shipping service covers 170 countries. If your country is not available for selection during the ordering process, we do not currently offer delivery to that location.
We are not responsible for any delays or failures to comply with our obligations under these conditions if such delays or failures result from causes beyond our reasonable control. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
If you do not collect the parcel or take necessary action for delivery, resulting in the package being returned to us, a fee may be charged.

4.3 ORDER TRACKING AND VIEW HISTORY
After placing an order on our website, you will receive a separate email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order through our courier’s website. If you have any inquiries about the status of your order, please contact our Customer Care.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
In your package, you will find a return label and a return form to be used for returning an item. You can also find the return form here. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after you, or a third party other than the carrier, receive the item.

To return an item, follow these steps:
Return Form: Fill out the return form included in your parcel.
Provide Details: Complete the return form, specifying the item you are returning and indicating whether you wish to return or exchange it.
Collection Booking: Contact your local DHL office to schedule a collection.
Packaging: Pack your return item(s) using the original packaging provided. Shoes must be returned in their original box, placed inside another sturdy carton box.
Labeling: Securely attach the provided pre-paid label to the box, covering the previous delivery label.
Collection Completion: Hand the second label to the DHL driver during the collection. Please keep the package open for the driver to check along with your customer invoice. Once checked, securely seal the package.
To prevent fraud, we can only issue refunds to the credit card used for the original purchase. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the returned items or proof of their return, whichever comes earlier.
Please note that customs and VAT for orders shipped to customers outside the United States will not be refunded if the deliveries are refused or missed due to customer absence. Sales taxes will be refunded to customers within the United States.
NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS AND INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If the products you receive are non-conforming or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care. You will not be responsible for the return shipping costs associated with non-conforming or incorrect products. If you notice the non-conformity or incorrectness upon delivery, please refuse to accept the products.
In the case of non-conforming or incorrect products, you have the following options:
Return the products using the shipping label provided by Customer Care and receive a refund of the purchase price after we process the returned products.

Keep the products and receive a discount for the price difference if the value of the products is lower than the originally ordered products.
