Requesting a return or refund
Contact us with your order number and the reason for your request before sending anything back. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and how to return it.
Eligibility
- Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Items damaged in transit or sent in error will be replaced or refunded; please tell us promptly and include photos if possible.
- Some items may not be returnable for health, safety or legal reasons (for example opened consumable products or custom/made-to-order items). Any such limits are shown on the product page or at checkout.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional days to show the credit. Original shipping charges are refundable only where the return is due to our error.
